Computing and Information Science (CIS) division is a well-equipped computer laboratory having state-of-the-art technologies for data management. The important activities of CIS include offering of scientific support to various research projects/studies in the area of data processing.
Computer Systems
Servers, computers and related peripherals were installed to facilitate a good research with data collection, storage and analysis. We have moved from paper-based data collections to electronic data capture method and most of the studies were designed in web or android based technology.
Expertise
Expertise are available in the area of software, online/off-line data management tools, server maintenance, statistical packages and Geographical Information System (GIS).
